Olympian Denise Lewis will carry the London 2012 torch through Ascot. The retired athlete, who specialised in heptathlon, will be one of the torchbearers to carry the flame along Ascot High Street tomorrow (Tuesday). She joins world famous jockey Frankie Dettori as one of the famous faces to bear the torch, as he carries it on horseback at Ascot Racecourse’s Parade Ring.

Olympics come to Ascot

The relay will arrive in Ascot at 4.26pm just before the mini roundabout at Winkfield Road, right outside our office. It will travel along the High Street, into the Racecourse and back onto the High Street, leaving in covoy from the Heatherwood roundabout at 5.24pm.

Parking will be suspended along the High Street from 2-5pm.

From 3.50pm the High Street will be closed, as will the junction at Winkfield Road, Station Road and the Heatherwood roundabout. They will open in stages once the torch has passed.

A Great Night for All at the 2010 BEN Ball

Case Studies, Events Comments Off

Our client, automotive industry charity BEN kicked off the festive season at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Wednesday 8 December with the 76th BEN Ball.

The night saw over a thousand industry leaders and guests enjoy a night of stellar entertainment, including a turn by Britain’s Got Talent winners Spelbound. The night saw guests dig deep for their industry charity and raise an incredible £260,000 for BEN; the highest amount raised for four years.

Jaijo are delighted to show their continued support as the design team behind the marketing and promotional literature for the event (for the 5th consecutive year), having produced the artwork for the Programme, Banners, Posters, Tickets, Adverts, Brochures/Flyers and their AV Displays… phew.

Congratulations to BEN for raising so much money for such a worthy cause. For more information about BEN please visit www.ben.org.uk
